Dont draw the whole day try to draw at least 1 hour or even 20 mins a day it will still help you improve your skills and draw everyday.Im busy from 7:30 am to 12:30 pm then on my 10 hours of freedom i take 3 hours or so to surf the internet(respond to email,deviantart,youtube,newgrounds..
..).After that i start to warm up by drawing digitally just not to waste paper so i get my Wacom tablet and start to warm up just to get loose for 1 to 3 hours and i have the rest of my remaining hours to practice drawing. Now depending on your free time you can divide your activities so you have time to do all the things you want or need to do.

Yeah, I just need to organize my schedule, I always put stuff of until the last second, so I procrastinate so much by sleeping in and doing other pointless stuff, I'm always rushing to finish my homework at the last second.
